fetch from hospital, probably depends on whether the parent has mobility problem. if u have siblings, can get them to help. attending your kid's prize ceremony is something which if u miss, u will not get to experience again.

I would choose award ceremony. It's a moment of glory that would only last those few precious minutes on stage, and it cannot be replicated. Parent can take taxi home, after the award ceremony can slowly spend the whole day taking care of the parent and spending time with him/her. Both are important, but one is more urgent than the other.

as for child's prize ceremony, its no big deal. My kids has to make me go down every year just to see him receive a piece of plastic.........

kid's ceremony can attend other time... if kid is talented this type of prize ceremony should be often...

both are not a matter of life and death...

 

fetching parents I AM SURE CAN forward abit or later abit... screw the hospital if cannot...

 

if abit earlier then bring parents to the kid's prize giving ceremony...

 

if later then the kid finish immediately go pick his/her grandparents immediately...

 

this is small matter lah... no big deal...

 

to me, a big deal dilemma would be...

 

to go back with a beautiful sexy Japanese gal... or a beautiful sexy Korean gal... both wanna sleep with me but i can only choose one to spend the night with...
