I feel so boliao*... Edit: PS: I hate GEOX after using them for years... :( Kenneth Cole. nice and comfy. Go sole them at Mr minit before you wear. Last a bit longer and less slippery. Hush puppies also ok, but don't last... My collegaue (guy) swear by ferragamo.. but at 700-1k, can buy 2 pair of Kenneth cole
Tedlhw 5th Gear January 13, 2011 Share January 13, 2011 Timberlands are very lasting.... I'm still wearing mine today after 15 years of almost daily usage. Of course, the sole was changed once at the 12th year but the leather top is still very good (though worn). The gore-tex insides are also torn at some places........ but still very usable. Yes, i love timerlands too...all my sandals/go out shoe/loafers all from there. But their work shoes i find a bit industrial looking. I have a pair of waterproof timberlands which i wear only if its raining heavily in the morning. Still looks industrial but better than having wet feet for the day... My Caterpillar boots a bit too "industrial" for my office. My CO said I seow always buying boots meant for outdoor work. Not bad lah, can keep the feet dry especially during this rainy season. Lala81 Hypersonic January 13, 2011 Share January 13, 2011 i need good heel support from my shoes or else get plantar fasciitis Previously used HP but the range q limited for those with good heel support. my current favourite is timberland. all my last 3 pair of shoes r from them. Geox i wanted to try but like no sale? so timberland during GSS is cheaper? I believe in buying latest range of shoes cos sole durability has a lot to do with the time of manufacture and when the glue/epoxy was applied. Old range of shoes unless really substantial discount not v worth it long term
Jimmylsw Neutral Newbie January 17, 2011 Share January 17, 2011 Timberland Shoe. Nice comfort and lasting. SO far out of so many market shoe I tried, all last me max 1 yr only. After 1 year, you can see sole got 1 hole, shoe open mouth, etc... Timberland is with me for 2 yrs now and counting. Still ever lasting, excepting thinning of sole.
