IDA oso there - confirm no season parking, even manager level oso dun have - so LL pay season parking at comtech zzzzzz - I know many IDA staff resign from there... too inconvenient and dam traffic jam in the morning and off work...

Are you working in mbc and parking at comtech now?

Do you have to be put on queue to get season parking there? or can get it readily?

Reviving this thread again.

 

Moving to MBC soon and would like to find out the parking situation there.

 

Anyone can share on the queue at MBC (if there is even season parking) and at Comtech.

 

It's going be quite painful to have to pay hourly rates daily.

Heard Comtech now almost empty, so should have ample parking spaces.

Or else take MRT, the new circle line is opening in October!

i asked before.. comtech only gives (some specified number) season to tenants, not to individuals

and they don't care if their carparks are 80% empty most of the time

I am currently holding a season parking ticket till 22 Sep (2 mths from today) at Boon Leat Terrace, just 3 mins walk (next building) to block 30 of MBC.

 

The season ticket cost $140 + GST per mth.

 

I wish to release it @$120 per mth (pro-rated). Anyone interested? I have spoken to the management and they have allowed this. You can then continue your season parking with them after 22 Sep (remember to renew by 31 Aug if you wish to continue).
