PROLONGED MONSOON HEAVY RAIN WARNING Issued On: 30 January 2011 - 11:03 LT Widespread moderate to heavy rain is expected between 11:30 am and midnight. PUB says flash floods may occur in low-lying areas in the event of heavy rain. The Met Services will provide an update at 5:30pm on 30 Jan 2011.
