Hi all....

I ran too much in late Dec, and had a ligament on the sole of my foot inflamed. As of now, cant walk too much or stand too long. Any flexing or trauma cause it to hurt.

My IPPT is due soon. So can i get a doc to verify the injury and excuse me from clearing IPPT for this year? Any bro has gone thru this application before? Kindly advise. thanks!

trying to help a guy for more information.

this guy fainted during IPPT session, sent to hospital and warded and was diagnosed WPW.

During his enlistment days was not detected and now SAF do not bear the cost of it from day 1

up to the present day of treatment.

Anybody can give any advice?

From the general description of the condition that I can gathered from Wiki, this is something that is inherent or developed inherently. Nothing to suggest that it was caused by any duties that were performed during active.

I don't think it is fair that the Army has to bear the full cost.

at least bear the cost from Day 1 to the day of discharged excluded the WPW treatment.

If you want lesser hassle, go take your IPPT on a Rest & Relax mode.

When you fail your IPPT, you need to go RT.

Then get a report for your injury to cover the RT window.

Someone I knew kanna injury 1 month before his window close.

He is being charged but let off with a warning.

Why he is being charge? Because they feel that you have 11months to clear your IPPT and Y wait for last min?

To people like us that view IPPT as hell...It is an opportunity to downgrade...but to some people...It is ''Income opportunity'' every year... [thumbsup]
