U don't see a bentley everyday so low mileage possible.

The reason I can think of is that owner selling this old car of his as it had lost it status.

bentley in other parts of the world is rock cheap (bad - average condition).

If that top class bentley like this one has a high demand, it would be shipped out already.

The older the car, the more rare it becomes. Imagine someone having a fully functional Ford Model T and another latest Jag or MB or Ferrari. Which is more prestigious?
