From the video I'm guessing the person taking the video is also part of the group when the little shiatte walked up to punch Casey. Looked like they planned it in advance to get into position. The little shiatte also thought he had backup from another thin tall shiatte. Guess the result wasn't what they expected. Purely my guess from watching the video.
