Speed camera going into resort world

Hi bro,

 

Was driving into resort world on the 2nd lane when saw a BMW driving very slowly on lane 1.upon closer inspection,found a light blue man pointing a speed camera in his direction.

 

Oh s--t,but do anyone realli drive 40km/h into sentos.

 

Dunno whether Kannada or not.but the light blue shirt man don't look like a tp or policeman.

well the buses go very fast on that stretch. I always maintain speed once i see the digital speedo display on the road side but those whackos just zoom past.
