If true, tax for 1L bottle, is $28. $5.46 GST. Ah gong take all. Remaining $44.54 split with Giant, distributor/importer, logistics and distiller.

I have a feeling that 1L is $78/btl and $120/2 btl for 700ml.

DALMORE CROMARTIE 700ml.

 

Quite rare only 7500 bottles, release in 2012 (the year I got it).

I do not have the box as it got very mouldy (I should have kept it better)

The bottle is also a little mouldy outside.

 

Do a search in google - retailing now at GBP 300 

 

Anybody here interested at S$400?

 

I am selling cos I can't get myself to drink a $500-600 bottle of whisky.

The Yamazaki crisis - Japanese whisky is going dry.

 

TOKYO - Bottles of high-end Japanese whisky are put on display every day at the entrance of Japan's largest duty-free shop in Haneda Airport.

 

But there is one problem: it is nearly impossible to buy one.

 

"These days, we can secure just 12 bottles of Hibiki a day," said store manager Michihiko Takano, as some would-be shoppers turn away on seeing the "sold out" sign. "We put them on the shelves at 7:30 in the morning and they are gone in 10 minutes."
