It happens pretty often here in my blk 643 amk ave 5 , contractors leaving behind debris like this. 2 occasion in 3 weeks and even calling TC nothing seems to happen. Are they really so Bzi?? Rubbish can be easily spotted along corridors & stairways Kinda guess nobody bother about the safety of seniors or children who might trip and fall. Wait till a weekend when the MP visit your area, then you will see how efficient these TCs will be. Immediately they will clear the rubbish. They may even give the ground floor a fresh coat of paint.
