just now i realised that when i floor the accelerator pedal, my car do not react in the usual manner.

It seems to pause for a while before reacting and picking up to change gear.

Anyone can help?

Try using Pivot's throttle controller. If you dunno what it is, Google.

I have never use this product before cos my car's throttle is quite sensitive and response is good but I think this is what you are looking for.

Getting throttle controller, sprint booster etc are some possible options for you. However, if your car has been very responsive and it's only recently that you find it sluggish or slow in reaction...then there could be other issues. As minor as changing of spark plugs or air filter may be possible.

I suggest you send it to a garage and best is get a tuner to check and rectify rather than getting guesses from everyone ya? [;)]
