I think this is very individual. I went to Servo and didn't like it because the workshop is really dirty and messy. Not to mention that it is tough to navigate and park in that complex.

 

On the contrary, I went to VAG and I like it. The workshops are clean, tidy and staff there are very professional. I guess all these comes with a slight premium vs other smaller 3rd party workshops. Moreover, every repair comes with a no question asked warranty period. I believe not all 3rd party workshop honor this with their lower repair cost. 

 

So it really depend on what owner value in a service.
