I see. Fine is one thing. When go to court, does it mean than the whole world will know? Is it a closed door hearing?

From what i read in this forum earlier last year, some bro mentioned that

1) Not completely tearing the coupon stud;

2) However, just folding the coupon stud backwards

is equivalent to coupon tampering.

Is it true?

I used to just fold the coupon stud backwards and then just throw the whole piece of coupon away after, but after i reading what the bro mentioned, it took me more time to tear a coupon, as i have to completely tear away the coupon stud and i find it very difficult to dispose off the mini coupon studs.

Yes, you got to tear the coupon studs completely. Folding or tearing partially is equivalent to coupon tampering.

certain types of people value those few cents. he/she can afford $1000 + per month in car expenses, yet go to jb pump petrol and shake the car so that can fill to the maximum. thiis type of behaviour really beyond belief
