XM2 Michelin

Hi,

 

Just change 4 of these over last weekend in JB. Size 185/55 R15 86H (Extra Load)

I was original looking for Goodyear ones (NCT5, Duraplus, Excellence etc)

However, tyre shop highly recommend the XM2. They are more expensive than Goodyear ones.

Was given a brochure for it. (see attached) scan copy for your perusal.

On my 1st two hundred km on it and can oredi feel it offer less rolling resistance.

I got XM2 installed for 1week+

Good grip and much quieter than my stock Yokohama Aspec (no DB).

 

Never tried G90 or Primacy LC.

 

can share lobang- where u did it and for how much.

 

After 25,000 and almost 2 yrs, I need to change my Falken 912 liao

some 5-6 weeks ago, check price at JB for XM2 Size 185/55 R15 86H, only SGD103 per pc inclusive of balancing and alignment.

What is the price in SG???/

That sounds like a good deal.

 

Which part of JB- can share the address and person you asked from. maybe I pop by over the wkend

Went JB change 4 xm2, 196/60/15, rm$280 include valve change, balancing and alignment. So far so good less noisy n good steering response.

Yesterday just called JB tyre shop, XM2 185/65R14 include valve change, balancing and alignment.

Was quote RM215, maybe changing in the coming week.

I asked here, was quote also $118.

Think you can call and check for better price though.

 

Ur prices seem to be on the high side. Did u check the shop opp for their prices?

only 25,000 tyre needed to change already with falken?

 

that's quite low milleage...

Think you can call and check for better price though.

Changed the same tyre size in Selangor for RM254 each, incl installation. Made in Thailand. Are yours MIT too?

I'm replacing my tyre soon 185/65 r15. Any bro got any shop and brand to recommend ?

Budget around $120. Thinking yogo a-drive or db but see a lot of positive remark here on xm1

So far all my frenz use yogo said its Ok too? Is price diff a lot with this two brand?

I'm not speedy driver so any advise?

ya. the low rolling resistance is good...just be careful with it...it will keep on rolling when you expect to stop.

 

otherwise, this a quite a fair good tyre.
