The modulus formula for the suffix has not changed since decades ago...and the C dont exist.

 

This reminds me of others who insisted there is such a number plate EV1L.

Just have to key in the plate number in LTA/onemotoring website for deregistration checks.

Easy to know who is bluffing for spotting such non-existence plate.

 

 

But I do see one car with the number ***80Y rear plate using two rows.

Second row will have the 80Y.

And this owner PURPOSELY put two extra protruding ears on the left side of the number 8.

 

Making it to spell BOY.
