Its easier to actually to list fields NOT flooded with FTs. If you list all fields flooded with cheap FT, don't think can field one post. Let me list one 1) The Cabinet 2) Fields to do with national security 3) Civil service/Army/Police Force (then again, these are related to security as well) Regarding 2), you'll be surprised at how many FT you will find in policy making departments for critical services and Ministries.
