Jamstart 1st Gear August 10, 2011 Share August 10, 2011 Just change mine 2 days ago, same size same profile. Yokohama Earth-1. Previously was using Yokohama DB, E-1 is slightly noisier, maybe better contact to the road, but handling wise is very light. Good to control the car. SimonTan 2nd Gear August 10, 2011 Share August 10, 2011 I think all new tyres feels light initially, as the grip is not 100% yet, and also the shop always pump higher air pressure to new tyres.
Eugn86 3rd Gear August 11, 2011 Share August 11, 2011 You can try Goodyear's Efficientgrip tyres. Made in Germany, and Goodyear says it is the quietest tyre they have ever produced. My sis's car is on them and it is indeed comfortable and quiet.
