Labixiaoxin Clutched August 23, 2011 Share August 23, 2011 according to CPIB, even if it's a cup of coffee offer by the supplier to yr employee, it will still be consider as bribery. So what do u think in the above case? Both yr supplier n employee r in troubles. Possible both wil be charged.

Jchuacl Clutched August 23, 2011 Share August 23, 2011 Discuss with your boss and HR first. For some companies, minimising media coverage on such issues is a priority to them, and what they'll do is to ask the employee politely to return all money, and resign on his accord. He is getting more than $50k commissions for the past 3mths... He kept insisting on this supplier. Others are giving better pricings on parts. I will be making a police report later today.
