Hi all,

Anyone have any team building games (indoor or outdoor) to suggest or to recommend for a company event?

Thank you very much.

Regards,

Mixed ground of auntie and uncle, Ah Peh, Ah Kong, Ah Mah,....

Split them into smaller groups

Indoor:

Build a tallest self standing structure with limited numbers of drinking straws and in certain time.

Large indoor hall or Outdoor:

Leading the blinds

One member to give voice guidance.

Rest of group member to follow given command to move through obstacles from point A to B.

Group with faster time win.

Form a line and tie up their legs.

Move from point A to B through some obstacles, such as long benchs and tyres.

Faster time win.

Team building event at club V3..

Including exciting games like 'blind cat', 'drink the fountain', 'whose piece is this' and 'which couple is missing?'

Sure to fill you with fun, laughter and joy, happy ending not included.

My company also organise this type of games, the participancy rates from the management is very low, those who had turn up are like half hearted, the whole atmosphere is not right, before games and ater games u can see people are only mingering with their own mini clan. The segregation and low morale as a whole is very obvious.

In fact the onlygroup of ppl who are still enthu about the whole things are the newbies.

Perhaps the idea of doing this is welcoming but very often its purpose is defeated.

Neutral Newbie

That's quite sad.

Team building needs everybody's support.

Top management must lead.

Otherwise, it will be TEAM BREAKING game.

sff.gif much appreciated
