usually if you make more money for your company,

 

you will get promoted.They go by commission.

 

but they scared you set up own co n keep your money.

 

so, difficult to get trusted.

 

you require to close at least 20+ deals within 2 yrs before authority allows you to set up own co.(i think)

its alot of work if the agent is serious

 

like going canvassing putting flyers all that

 

oh yeah and putting flyers on vehicles

 

 

i think becoming a vehicle dealer is better honestly

 

anyway a person can just call up any property agency to express interest in being a property agent

Perhaps he better off as gigolo, and not need to have mistress. There can be many mistresses to keep him busy

agent commission is now 5 to 10 percent ?

err, if you marry me and don't mind staying with my family and with me on one storey of our house, you can also be very free and go forum tcss all day long.....I am quite happy actually, my "divorce" will be official in 2 days time, and I am in a very stressful job and can still tcss, so it's all about time management

One rather experienced agent surrendered after no one come to view the place over 2 months open house. Another had to use dirty trick for a living. Only a handful make it (perhaps quite like those who walked out of casino with a lot of money).

Okay, thanks all for your comments, so it's not so easy being an agent la, then how come I see on fb all of them haolianing they earn 50K a month, top agent, top recruiter, even post pictures of their new cars, porsches, bmw, merc

 

is it just a facade to give the impression they are successful to recruit more people to earn more money? but personally I had seen income tax of agents at 400K before, I don't think they will overly declare to iras rite

money is everywhere if you are in property line....just that how many know how to pick it up and pick it up effective....friend..not so easy de...if like this, everyone also want to become one...
