If you look at the fertility treament, very ex but still a lot of childless couple apply for it. If gahment wants to improve fertility rate they should be giving subsidies instead of making couples pay a levy. The reason this guy is doing it in M'sia is becos he's getting a Viet bride aka another wife, in sgp law that's bigamy, he will be jailed & fined. In malaysia they also have a 'wanbao' type of newspaper with all the "interesting" news that never make it to the mainstream newspapers They like to feature weird, bizarre stories from singapore, yes, don't know why - when in malaysia there are plenty, plenty more, especially those of the sexual variety. I guess they are trying to potray people here as a bit weird and depraved, so... kind of like propaganda for their masses.
