Maybe for him[Koh] yes.!Anyway Koh is really very stupid,he is earning over $10K a month,already very high pay,work until 55,live in other parts of the world,he can really drive the Lambo.

It depends on the size of the organisation, if it is CPIB for example, they make more than $10k monthly because highest rank is director followed by DD followed by AD.

 

For a large organisation such as MOM, then the DD may not earn more than $10k.

 

It really depends on the scale. Otherwise MDA CEO move over to become director in CPIB take a paycut? [laugh]

In MOE, "Director" can be a very high level position. Like Director for Higher Education who basically formulates university and polytechnic policies.

 

In MTI, everyone has a "Director" in the job title. Graduates' entrance rank is Assistant Director.

 

In summary, "Director" probably won't be too small. But depending on the organisation, there's a world of difference among them.

Exactly, so you can't make a sweeping statement that for public organisations DD dont earn more than 10k....
