when you change coilovers, it is important to get alignment done right away.

it is afterall dangerous to be driving on misaligned wheels, since you would be putting stress on the arms.

after alignment is done, you can drive it for 2-4 days for the springs to settle, then go back to get height adjustment and realignment again, if you are unhappy with the current alignment setup.

diff opiniouns here, so do i adjust height first or alignment first??

HEIGHT FIRST!!!!!!!!!!! where in this post said alignment first?????

think abt it... you adjust alignment first... done... then take out the wheels, some coils must dismantle to adjust height... then alignment how?...

no offense but its common sense...

rubber bump stops are usually for stock springs.

a coilover comes with stocks and springs, the springs would be much smaller thus you will not need a rubber bump stopper.

sorry noob question... thanks guys

rule of thumb, whenever you touch anything that might affect camber, toe or castor, you need to do alignment after that. In this case adjusting height has to be succeeded by an alignment.

dont ask wont learn ^_^

enjoy your coilovers, i am sure its great fun.

oh 1 more thing, when you do your alignment, depending on what car, there is only that much that they can adjust.

so you will most likely come across terms like camber kits.

might want to research on that too.
