Good ENT specialist to recommend ?

Hope to get some help/recommendation from you guys.

 

My wife has blocked nose for the past two months. Went to the polyclinic and was refered to CGH. CT scan was done at CGH and was diagnosed with "Inverting papilloma", a kind of benign nose tumor. A surgery was recommended to remove the tumor. However, the doctor mentioned that there is chance of nose sinking into the face because the nose bone might need to be removed. My wife was terrified and very upset upon hearing that.

 

We want to seek another specialist for a second opinion, but on hand we do not know of any good ones.

 

Wondering whether anyone has such encounter, or you all have any good ENT specialist to recommend.

Hi guys i have been having this problem for 6 years. I really don't know what to do and Im at my wits end. 6 years ago i had impetigo on my nose since then the staph bacteria travelled all the way from my nose to my head. Now I will get boils on my head otherwise no symtoms. But i can feel the bacteria moving and i feel very uneasy the infection also cause me to go deaf once but i managed to get my hearing back from using dead sea mud on the scalp. Can anyone reccomend a few ent doctors to go to that can perhaps cover the head as well? Right now i hear a tock tock sound in my ear everyday. Im very frustrated about what to do. I've already gone to the doctors at tan tock seng on subsidy from the polyclinic. But the doctor does not know what is wrong. I can also feel the bacteria crawling all over my skin. Can someone advise what can be done?

No i never felt this crawling sensation before the infection on my nose. I had inpetigo 6 yrs back. They found staph. Edited by Bscfriends

Do you have a preference in location? Check out ENT Specialist Dr Dennis Chua. Website has a lot of information as well https://www.drdennischua.com

 

If you prefer a female ENT doctor check out Dr Annabelle at Mt E Novena. She has a lot of info as well on her website. Met with both and can recommend them equally. I think she also has an ENT clinic in Gleaneagles though I've seen her at Novena.
