Male Doctor molest another male doctor...

I think the kenna drugged tio screwed.

http://www.channelnewsasia.com/news/singapore/doctor-on-trial-for/2057822.html

The trial of Tan Kok Leong, a medical doctor accused of drugging and molesting another doctor began on Tuesday (Aug 18) at the State Courts.

The 49-year-old faces five charges in total. Three are for using criminal force to outrage the modesty of his victim, and two are for drugging the victim.

The court heard that Tan, a specialist in aesthetic medicine and a partner at medical practice Life Source Medical Practice at Sinaran Drive, had performed liposuction procedures on the victim on two occasions in 2013.

During the first procedure on Jun 6, 2013, Tan allegedly used criminal force to outrage the modesty of his victim. After the second procedure on Jul 5, 2013, Tan told his patient that he had booked a room at the Oasia Hotel, just a few minutes away from the practice, and that the victim could recuperate there.

At 11pm that evening, Tan intravenously administered a painkiller, Rosiden, and sleeping pill Dormicum to the victim. He then allegedly pulled down the victim’s shorts and took lewd photos of him.

After the two stayed overnight at the hotel, Tan administered Rosiden and Dormicum to the victim again and allegedly repeated his actions of taking photos of the man's private parts.

According to court documents, the men checked out of Oasia Hotel on Jul 8, 2013, after spending the day before together in Johor Baru.

Tan did not show the victim any photographs he had taken.

In court on Tuesday, Tan’s lawyer Edmond Pereira said it was “impossible” that his client had molested the victim during the first liposuction procedure as several other doctors, including the victim’s girlfriend, who is also a doctor, were present.

On Tuesday, the investigating officer (IO) for the case, and the prosecution’s first witness, was also present in court, and recalled going to Tan’s practice to inform him of a report made against him by the victim.

In cross-examining the IO, Mr Pereira alleged that while he was recording Tan’s statement at the police station, the victim repeatedly called and sent messages to Tan, asking to meet him for lunch.

The IO said he cannot recall if this happened, but he would not have allowed Tan to respond to attempts to contact him in accordance with procedure. Tan’s phone was also seized after the interview.

The trial continues.

Sebei gross. I think this fellow use date rape drug. The victim can't recall what happened. Confirm tio screw liao.

Teenager, 18, jailed and caned for attempted rape committed while he was on probation

SINGAPORE - Seven months into his probation for randomly attacking women by covering their heads with plastic bags, an 18-year-old tried to rape a woman at a void deck in his neighbourhood.

Marcus Yow Kai Wen was on Monday (Aug 29) sentenced to the mandatory minimum of eight years' jail and 12 strokes of the cane after he pleaded guilty in the High Court to a charge of attempted rape. Three other charges of sexual offences were taken into consideration.

In sentencing, Justice Choo Han Teck told Yow: "There is obviously something wrong with you because you have been committing this kind of offences since you were 16. If you do not do something about it and seek help... the next time you appear in court, you can be in lock-up for almost the rest of your adult life."

Yow's mother sobbed uncontrollably after the sentencing and had to be supported by family members.

Yow was 16 when he assaulted four women, aged between 18 and 34, by approaching them from behind and throwing a plastic bag or sweater over her heads. He was placed on 18 months' probation in December 2014 for using criminal force and ordered to seek psychiatric treatment.

On Monday (Aug 29), the High Court heard that at about 3.20am on July 26 in 2015, while he was still on probation, Yow felt the urge to rape someone after watching pornographic videos at his Choa Chu Kang home.

Wearing a cap and sunglasses and armed with a knife-shaped letter opener, Yow went downstairs to look for his victim and accosted a 25-year-old woman who was on her way home.

He dragged the woman to the void deck of the next block of flats and tried to rape her but was unsuccessful as she was wearing a tampon.

But he continued to perform degrading sexual acts on the victim, who did as she was told out of fear that he would harm her with the letter opener.

The woman broke free after she saw some passers-by and shouted for help. Yow fled the scene.

The victim, who took the letter opener and a slipper left behind by Yow, was helped to her block by the two passers-by. She called her boyfriend, who reported the case to the police.

On Monday (Aug29), Deputy Public Prosecutor Sellakumaran told the court that the victim has lost her self worth and did not see the value of life anymore. She moved out of her parents' flat after the incident, causing strains in familial relationships.

Seeking a jail term on the "higher end", the DPP said the present offences showed an escalation from Yow's previous brush with the law and that Yow was assessed to have a high risk of sexual re-offending.

Yow's lawyer, Mr Amarick Gill, said Yow, a student at Institute of Technical Education College West, stopped his studies after fliers were circulated at his school and in the neighbourhood warning people to be vigilant.

Yow had faced between eight and 10 years' jail and at least 12 strokes of the cane.

What a nice piece of work, this boy. At 16, can already see he got such tendency, but still get away with probation. I know the punishment allowable is limited by his age, but thinking if he was more harshly sentenced, maybe the second more serious crime would not have happened.

For an 18 yr old to attack adult women, he must've been quite big-sized. Else will be overpowered if the victim put up struggle.

Never mind lah... the good bros will 'educate' him in prison.

I will not feel pity for this kind of ppl, because he deserves it ...

On probation due to attacking woman, and yet he still committed such act !

For his acts, all his women victims would have to suffer for the rest of their lives ...

ok, enough said, the Law has dealt with him ...

Isn't 18 close to the physical peak already? At that age, he is considered a man and not a boy as well. If he can't even overpower a normal sized woman, he must be some sort of wuss.

Teen first molested a girl, then raped another girl

A teen molested a 16-year-old girl he met for the first time and then raped a mutual friend who had tried to match-make them. Loew Zi Xiang, 20, who was 18 and a student at the time, was yesterday sentenced to reformative training, a strict regimen of 18 months to three years in a Reformative Training Centre.

He was convicted last month after a 10-day trial of kissing the first victim on her lips between 6pm and 7.05pm at his flat on Sept 8, 2014; and raping the second victim, then 16, between 7.10pm and 7.40pm.

District Judge Jasbendar Kaur yesterday allowed for a stay of the punishment pending an appeal by the prosecution against sentence.

Arguing for at least six years' jail and six strokes of the cane, Deputy Public Prosecutor Michael Quilindo said Loew could not have committed the offences but for the trust the second victim had in him.

The pair had met three or four times over four years and had a "brother-sister'' type of relationship.

The DPP said Loew had betrayed her trust when he raped the student, now 18.

The court heard that the trio met that afternoon in 2014 to chat and play with Loew's dog at a sheltered hut near his block.

The girls left to meet their friend at a community centre.

Loew later invited them back to the shelter to play with his two dogs. They then followed him to his flat where he lived with his divorced mother, who was at home.

He led the girls to his bedroom. They sat on his bed, chatting and tickling one another.

The first victim had testified that she was not pleased when Loew snatched her mobile phone or tried to pull her to the bed on the pretext of apologising.

After the first victim lad laid on the bed, Loew showed a message to the second victim to leave to play with the dog.

He then molested the first victim. He later raped the second victim, who had refused to leave the flat when the first victim pleaded with her to do so.

Judge Kaur found the rape victim's evidence unusually convincing. It was also corroborated by Loew's statement to the police.

Loew, who has been remanded since Nov 6 last year, had a third charge of rioting taken into consideration.

The maximum penalty for rape is 20 years' jail, a fine or caning.
