IS250 is a very good car. Smooth engine and robust gearbox. The later years Premium specs even more attractive.

I have a 9 y.o. IS250 Premium. Odo at 120k. Only rear shock replaced. Dash and door panels replaced by BMS under warranty claim.

BIL has a CoE IS250 Luxury. Odo around 160k. Replaced all shocks and front ball joints. ATF and strainer changed. Everything else ok.

Prices could not remember. Will post when records found.

IS250 is good ride, main 2 problems are melting top dash/door panels (Which you mention is already replaced) and carbon built up on intake ports due to single direct injection.

For carbon built up you may want to go do the walnut blasting to clean up. There is a workshop advertising this service. Mainly Audi, BMW, merc need to do this.

I saw that too and the dealer claimed it's partial agent maintained. Better to check with Borneo if they have any servicing records.

86k ain't a good sign which also means wear and tear not replaced too of the mileage is legit.
