any review on this EO, just changed it over the weekend cos the usual mobil is closed.

Havoline mineral are loaded with moly, one of the best mineral oil around but synthetic are pretty avg. There are better synthetic out there with lower pricing.

i got the synthetic one....guess it is pretty nromal then. anyway i'm only 400km, still testing on the EO

how would u feel ur car EO is good anot since there are so many diff types n brandt? any signs to look out for? i mean will ur car run smoother, more funny sounds etc...

A good engine oil should at least meet certain spec like API SN, GF-5 or GM Dexos 1(since we can't tear down and measure engine parts). Then it has to be quiet, smooth with good FC characteristic.

Its pretty average oil.

does anyone feel that your car will reject any differnet form of lubricants/petrol if you feed it with something else than its usual diet.

 

ie. different engine oil or different brand of petrol...

I wish people would buy more branded oil.
