Anyone checkout the new XV at suntec? From newspaper ads, it goes at $100,800. Any national day offer?

The price is after -2k trade-in, -2k non-guarantee COE.

Free gift would be Backvue front & back camera.

Anyone manage to get the -2k trade-in without trade-in ?

Possible to indent 2.0L version with 6-speed manual from MI? :D

Reckon should have the right connection to the right Sales personnel. Otherwise, would be conveniently brushed aside. <_<

12km/l sounds quite realistic for the XV. I drive a 2.5l (Not XV though) and get between 11-12km consistently.  65% highway 35% city.

For the old XV, it varies widely - if lots of stop go traffic then FC will be bad.

If lots of continuous traffic (can be slow heavy traffic is also ok), then FC can be like 12 km/l.

For new one, don't know yet.

Yes, I think that scenario would apply to all cars ( more frequent stop n go = heavier fuel consumption; plus driving style -speeding off from traffic lights, flooring the pedal etc). But on average , taking a 60-40 ratio, normal driving style, 12km/l doesn't sound unrealistic to me.

On paper, looks like the old XV got better FC than the new XV.

Nice dashboard you created  [laugh] .  I think you're mileage looks really decent, especially for an all wheel drive.

Actually 12km/l sounds pretty decent to me for an entry SUV.
