1fast1 Supersonic December 23, 2011 Share December 23, 2011 "Results guaranteed" means you're guaranteed to get results at the end of the day. F9 is also a result, what?

Ahtong 1st Gear December 23, 2011 Author Share December 23, 2011 "Results guaranteed" means you're guaranteed to get results at the end of the day. F9 is also a result, what? Then "Result Guarantee" means if you get a A1 grade, MOE cannot downgrade it to A2 otherwise the tuition centre will compensate you?

Good-Carbuyer 1st Gear December 25, 2011 Share December 25, 2011 No mention if 293 what result? Pass/Fail also result? What result guarantee with such English? Asterisk meaning subject term and conditions apply? Example: many years back, after I collected my 1st sports medal, a Gym Coach approached me for patronage. So result can be subject to those who made it looks easy only.
Karoon Turbocharged December 25, 2011 Share December 25, 2011 its the same as the thousands of company vans out there with signs saying 'specialised in....' makes it sound like they used to specialise in something but not anymore (though in 3rd party contxt could be rite)
Kilomatrix 1st Gear December 25, 2011 Share December 25, 2011 (edited) There seems to be nothing wrong with the ad. Apparently, "293" is the bus service number and it should not be part of the ad. Don't miss out on the word "Programme" below the wordings "Result Guarantee*". It offers a programme that guarantees results, so the words "Result Guarantee* Programme" is not wrong after all.
