Which leaders are best speaker in recent time?

Ignoring their performance as leaders, but purely for skill / charisma as a public speaker, who do you think are good and inspiring speakers?

 

Obama? ex-UK PM (before Brown)? or LHL / LKY from the land of world-class-everything?

It's their speech writers that are good... and come up with inspiring lines.

 

Anyway I think the non-english speaking world may also have great speakers who can rouse people.

 

As for English speakers, ex-president Clinton is good, IMHO

Thanks......... but the speaker's skill / charisma play a great part also. If their pro speech writers write me a speech, i dont think i can use it on the stage and impress the audience...can you?
