Not much use for the new rule...all service stations in Malaysia are not allowed to sell CNG to any Singapore registered cars anyway just like RON95 petrol.

how far can 1kg brings u?

Depending on car types, some can go up to 21km per kg (based on 1500cc). 1kg of CNG is approx 1.4 litres of petrol.

not really la.. that time i calculate a lot also.. sometimes need to gamble mah..

if i drive by petrol.. every month my petrol cost is $500 - $550.. travel a lot..

initially my month gas+petrol fee not more den $200..

now i travel lesser i still need around $300 travelling cost monthly..

after driving e car till 4th yr, my saving is about S$7k on safe bet if i opt for petrol that time..

10 kgs tank..

on average min. 180km (if petrol tank are full + city drive + heavy footer)

if empty petrol tank + more highway + by driving slower (within speed limit) = 220km per tank..

last week ask e workshop to remove e tank..

need to top up to government = $3k of parf value or omv value.. i dunno ..

Plus about $1k plus of labour fee to remove and all e documentations..

after thinking, just keep it lor.. e car running smoothly.. i can't bear to fill SG petrol every 3-4 days!!! (S$70 per tank after discount)

1kg around 18km... and it cost abt same as petrol, so actually ok what. Just the hassle i guess.

im getting abt 8-9+km per litre anyway on petrol. so in long run u still save isnt it?
