The_Bear Turbocharged October 22, 2013 Author Share October 22, 2013 2 Years with the Skoda now. Everything running pretty smooth, I actually have more problem with the 3 series circa 2005, in the first 24 months of ownership. Everything is still working fine. The car grows on you. Just wondering if I should have got the Superb until I saw one on the road the other day. Still fugly, heng ah. Been toying with the idea of changing but COE has not been kind to me. What else can give so much joy for so little?

Proton_neutron 1st Gear October 22, 2013 Share October 22, 2013 Mk 3 Skoda Octavia coming only early next year to HA. Gonna have 1.4TSI 140bhp and 1.6TDI 105bhp coming in with 7DSG gearbox. Wonder what the prices will be like given the current COE climate. I prefer the Combi model anytime to the weird looking hatch!!! Looking forward to test the car!!! The 1.6TDI will be good, with 105bhp but huge torque, it will still in Cat A COE.

The_Bear Turbocharged October 8, 2014 Author Share October 8, 2014 anyone knows the history of this? tempted http://www.sgcarmart.com/used_cars/info.php?ID=432216 Unless there is another bright yellow vrs running around, this unit might be the media car used by Harvest Auto. It was owned by one their directors or managers iirc. If you can find a review from a local magazine or website, it will probably feature this car. The_Bear Turbocharged August 1, 2019 Author Share August 1, 2019 Epilogue The Mk2 VRS was replaced by Lexus GS350. The VRS was sold on my own rather easily. Drove the GS350 for a few years. It is nearly the prefect car but I wasn’t looking for perfection. Hello Mk3 RS245 ↡ Advertisement
