apparently the custom officer have not seen a superb...

and you trust a whore on the willy assessment? [laugh]

he's a believer i reckon... on a side note, the frequently heard comments about errr.. my boot.. is it's huge.. mine is just a octy hatch.. i think bav's one is a combi.. it should be substantially bigger.. can go really deep in...

Turbocharged

18 months and 44000km of motoring without trouble. Thought of changing but cannot bear to let go.

2 Years with the Skoda now. Everything running pretty smooth, I actually have more problem with the 3 series circa 2005, in the first 24 months of ownership. Everything is still working fine. The car grows on you. Just wondering if I should have got the Superb until I saw one on the road the other day. Still fugly, heng ah.

Been toying with the idea of changing but COE has not been kind to me. What else can give so much joy for so little?

Mk 3 Skoda Octavia coming only early next year to HA.

Gonna have 1.4TSI 140bhp and 1.6TDI 105bhp coming in with 7DSG gearbox. Wonder what the prices will be like given the current COE climate. I prefer the Combi model anytime to the weird looking hatch!!! Looking forward to test the car!!!

The 1.6TDI will be good, with 105bhp but huge torque, it will still in Cat A COE.

anyone knows the history of this? tempted happy.gif

Unless there is another bright yellow vrs running around, this unit might be the media car used by Harvest Auto. It was owned by one their directors or managers iirc. If you can find a review from a local magazine or website, it will probably feature this car.

Epilogue

The Mk2 VRS was replaced by Lexus GS350. The VRS was sold on my own rather easily.

Drove the GS350 for a few years. It is nearly the prefect car but I wasn’t looking for perfection.

Hello Mk3 RS245
