Turbocharged

Selfish Singaporean, reminds me of Singaporean attitude when they are driving on the road.

I work hard to pay for the car, I pay road tax, I pay ERP, I contribute to the economy. Why must I give way?

Prease note that it is the system that created the opportunities for you to sit in that cushy armchair writing the complaint.

Be grateful of what you have achieved and pay some dues will ya ?

If you have the marnie to buy up all of Singapore and Garment slap a tax to deter it, you'll probably comprain also.

You greedy b@stard.

All policies have to disadvantage someone. Unfortunately, pple looking to own their 3rd property is not likely to get much sympathy.

What are the rules of setting up companies to buy property instead ? downsides?

The LTV ratio is even lower and the rules even harsher, so no point.
