this online clothing business is dishing out 40 (forty) months of year end bonuses for its management staff !! (almost NT 2mil per person)

My bonus...comes from the wealthy tourists who tell me to 'keep the change'.

I always look forward to fares that are $XX.5 to $XX.9, usually passenger will give tips 'keep the change'!

I have no bonus. . Its a German thing. Annual increment is negotiated between Union & Company, & Performance bonus is implemented into monthly payment. We do get Xmas bonus (1/2 month pay) to buy present for their loved ones. You also get money for Holidays as well (about 60%) of pay. I have altogether about 40 days of Holiday (annual leave + public Holidays).

 

But it maybe a good thing, as every time people got one lump sum of bonus, they start to spend big to buy this buy that, I know....I am one of them.

 

Just last year, I throw 10k to mod my car. haha. I am bad
