Which part of SG is flooding now?

The Bedok North flood reminds me of this lady's reaction when her old benz stalled at the same location 2 years ago. Wonder if her old benz repaired or not

Funny during the CB, not much heavy rain. Almost everyday also super hot with some light rain only. But since phase 2, everyday also rain big big.

Yes, nobody also looking into downstream how to channel water away quickly. When there is new development, they consider how much power and water supply. This part just simply connects nearest existing drains. Now got storm water holding tank liao.
