Assistant / supervisor, $1.8/$2.5? no need travel. only local sales, min 2.5k above, with experience in construction can go unto 2.8k. transport allowance 1k, still can claim car park/tolll and full mobile claim retail min1.8, max 2.2, if got experience in construction warehouse asst/supervisor, 1.7 to 2.5 depends on experience but must have forklift license. u got ppl intro is it? Itsec 2nd Gear February 4, 2012 Share February 4, 2012 its like that... when my HR put up a notice about hiring IT system engr, we receive alot of applicants and only 2 is local grad.... one is newly grad and 1 is switching industry... just take the local and train him from start...screw him - left/right/center alot almost daily till he learn well... our skill sets are diminished or pass on to FT... if your co. can afford some mistakes here/there or time... train the local lor...
