Please don't forget to eat your fiber

:D

Getting plenty of fiber is recommended for digestive health. But a high-fiber diet may also be good for your brain. Two new studies found that the more fiber people tended to eat, the lower their risk of developing Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia in old age.

Is the person doing the research senile or the one eating is senile? who can confirm this. hahahah. 🤣

fiber can help with constipation, so you mean constipation may risk causing damage to the brain? :D

Yes!

:D

Irregular Pooping Could Age Your Brain by 3 Years compared with participants who had regular daily bowel movements, participants who were constipated had significantly worse cognition. The difference between these groups was roughly the equivalent of three years of aging.

In a series of new studies, researchers investigated the link between constipation and cognitive decline. They found that one bowel movement every 3 days or less frequently is linked to higher levels of cognitive decline.
