I did some taichi before.  Its not for fighting, its for controlled breathing flexibility and strengthening thru various stances and movements

for pure fighting, its street style all out brawl that wins ...muayhahahah

TCM won't fight... they will do what they do best to TC here TC there...until someone buay tahan liao to go into the ring in his place

Errr........ the instructor puncture towards the end. No strength to throw harder punches. How to last three 5 min MMA rounds.
