Actually I posted the link / video because I was totally impressed with the skills of the drivers, behind able to squeeze through such tight spaces.

Narrowest official designated carpark lot I seen was 2.2M width in a hotel basement carpark. The need for statutory compliance with the number of carpark lots resulted in some narrowed ones to met the quota.
