nope. nothing... i'm suspecting something wrong with the hinge. its a lexus. maybe got hydraulic problem?

Change your faulty hydraulic struts.

The boot lid must be weighing something like a metric tonne to require hydraulic assist.

 

If you say the hinges are "motorised" and does not require any manual lifting, that's more likely on a Lexus.

Service the hinges and apply some oil.

Your gas spring might be spoilt. If you can take a picture of the spring including a pic of the wordings on it, I should be able to sell you an OEM replacement
