It was conducted over three months in 2011 with more than 1,000 individuals across 10 countries, including India, China and Australia.

1,000 folks over 10 countries?

That means 100 per country?

Is that a good sampling rate?

[confused] [confused]

Or is it 1,000 per country for 10 countries?

Employees in Singapore are highly motivated: survey

By Sara Grosse | Posted: 24 April 2012 1615 hrs

To raise employee motivation in Singapore, AchieveGlobal recommended that companies involve employees in decision-making whenever possible.

They should also listen attentively to their employees and ask for employees' opinions more frequently.

Thank goodness for AchieveGlobal. Without them, no employer would know what to do. Such revolutionary, ground-breaking recommendations. They are truly ahead of their time. I'm sure these are endless times more effective then fat pay cheques.
