It will certainly liven up the Jap car tuning scene. Hopefully by the time these reach here the prices are more sane.

Hope they don't drop the juke 1.6tc to any of their cars.

The smallest 1.6 engine paying at Cat B premium.

 

Whatever mojo car makers may have, the mojo of COE is always the mojo-iest mojo..... Austin power, we need you!! :D

 

Back to topic, as US market likes big engine sports car and its a big market for Nissan, they will still need have big eng in their line-up to sell cars there....

Not easy to pass safety standards with the 60s design light weight.

Unless they use expensive light weight, high strength materials [:(]

People like full powered and fast cars.

 

The BRZ is the 'best' balanced car the two giants can come out with, which they call Affordable.

Not easy to come out a better car than BRZ?

So u see.....concepts are good....but implementation and selling is very difficult.

DATSUN 1962 fairlady 1600cc ... the one that started the Z legacy ...

i like the 'white' tyres :D during its days, many won races in their class in the US
