1) Cut all sale people's basic pay and commission

2) Calls all the sales people lazy dolphins

3) Tries to deduct transport allowance for months with public holidays, saying that company does not pay for CNY visiting

4) All this while driving around a Jaguar XF

Well since the cat is out of the bag....

 

Yes I was from Yellow Pages. It was hard work but I was happy there.

 

That was until he came along and turned everything upside down.

 

The last straw was when he launched a project in his GRC. The way it was planned and executed was incompetence of the highest order.

 

As part of it we had to canvass the businesses and shops in that GRC. What I hear from them and the way we were told to canvass them for sales....it just did not feel right.

 

For me I spent 2 months pretending to work and agree with what was going on. When I finally found somewhere else to go I threw letter with no hesitation....
