Lack of some predators in the ecosystem or something like that? did the condo Mgmt just engaged some landscape contractors to add compost or mulch on the landscape?? milipede lives, eat, sleep, sh1t, sex and born there so just tell the condo Mgmt to take action on the landscapping contractors that brought in these mulch/ compost that was not treated properly.
