One feature up on Blackvue. Best! It uses the normal SD card and big enough to handle as compare to microSD. I have wrote in (the Ebay seller below) but still no reply. I think everything will be in Korean But this Ebay seller has a good description in English: http://www.ebay.ca/itm/Navicam-Car-Black-B...=item3cc482d4f7 Edited September 22, 2012 by Jimmychan62 ↡ Advertisement

Summithike Neutral Newbie September 28, 2012 Share September 28, 2012 Sometimes with the Blackvue Korean websites, a lot of people complain they can't download...but I found using a different Browser and/or using a download manager like IDM It works fine.. I have been downloading software for 4 days now, and never had a problem with different versions both English and Korean. I'm completing the Full English for the 400GII. All the F/W for all versions are there, but for the English to work, it needs some minor tweaks..

Adrianli Hypersonic October 15, 2012 Share October 15, 2012 I find these Car Cam threads difficult to follow. Posters commenting on their cameras but no overview of which is the best and pros and cons of individual cameras. Quite a messy thread to read and get ideas from. Maybe we non techies need a separate thread for say the three top cameras where we can see the pros and cons and who likes what. For me I want a camera for use when driving. I don't drive much, maybe two days a week and then not far. I only use car for 6 months and then leave it with the car battery disconnected for 6 months while I'm away. Park in MSCP but still worried about overheating problems. Would like added GPS but not 100% necessary. Do I get it installed sitting on the dash board or behind the rear view mirror. Is a viewing screen a must or not. Need to be easily dismounted for when in Malaysia and car parked so hidden from view. Need to know Cost, where to buy and where to install neatly. Reading threads on here just confuses me. There is no best car cam out there. Technology is improving by leaps and bounds!!! New car cam model is coming out like every 6mths. There are overview of various car cams in the thread. U need a little more reading to look for what u want.

Adrianli Hypersonic October 16, 2012 Share October 16, 2012 You're prolly right. But I have read quite a bit and still unsure of the answers to the questions in my post. Read this earlier thread. Lots of car cam reviews in there : http://www.mycarforum.com/index.php?showto...0recorder\ It might take a while but u can see how the car cam technology improved from 2010 till 2012. The thread actually started in 2010.

The device will never prompt sd card error due to heat. Just press & hold the mic button to format the card at least once in a month. And make sure the card is class 10. the image will remain fine once it cools down and you reset the device Heat have no effect on the image quality of itronics as reviewed here: Edited October 16, 2012 by Shochong
Jimmychan62 Neutral Newbie October 17, 2012 Share October 17, 2012 Adrian. Is the sansui full HD camera sold in Xtra( today's paper pag 39) any good? My friend got one 2 months ago, and he has been complaining day in day out. It is now with me as a "toy" reject, for me to experiment! YES! Damn China-made and of inferior quality. You can find many online; just the brand. Technical support is almost next to zero, locally although it has "one year warranty". Even the car mount's screw dropped out due to heat! Go for the better Korean-made DVR. ↡ Advertisement
