LPPL situation. pavement is illegal. on another note if only MCF poll can see who voted what... wanna know who that 1 person is... Its not LPPL. The authorities are building PCN with cycle paths. Last time when I cycle ard SG, no such thing. I had to cycle side by side those dump trucks along Bukit Timah road. My fren who cycled with me balls shrinked even thou his daily commute is a Class2 motorbike. Last year I tried taking up cycling again along the PCN near my place, not bad. But there were problems with my bike so didnt continue back on. After years of storage, the bike unable to do gear changes, brake was sponggy needed change fluid and tires hardened and cracked.
