could be left hand drive driver. just can't understand why would TP allow drivers who drive on different sides of the roads in other countries to easily convert their licenses here in SG. IMO, these drivers are more dangerous than unlicensed SG drivers.

IF he/she had been attentive, he/she would have seen which lane the car in front of him turned to..

 

He/she is plain reckless and could have easily caused accident to the car which was recording the video

HOnestly this is along East coast rd petrol kiosk stretch and when there is little or none traffic it does look like a single way road...Its not the first person to hav gone against traffic there...ought to build a divider
