What tires for SUV?

Supercharged

Just changed a set of Michelin Latitude Sport3 replacing OE Bridgestone Duellers on my Jap SUV.

Believe it is PI tyres as it is from Poland and the size is uncommon, not in the Michelin SG website.

My impression after driving about 500km

- quiet

- very sticky

- very good dry/wet handling

- significantly poorer fuel consumption as rolling resistance high

- treadware not sure yet, but am hoping it can last at least 30k+ km (my OE tyres I changed at 40k+ km, still got enough tread to go around 60k)

One of the tyres usually use for luxury SUVs is Michelin Latitude Sports 3. Another can consider is Continental ContiSportContact 5.

I am using it lately. Extremely good!

I try high speed cornering, it stick to the road very good.

Also have try running in heavy rain, aquaplaning is excellent!!!!

Rotate every 7000km should last. Mine is 39k now, think can last to 55k or so

Was reading reviews on Bridgestone Duellers . Seems not as good as Michelin Latitude Sport 3. But Bridgestone got a newer tyre for SUV. ALENZA 001.

Just change to Michelin Latitude Sport 3 last week,

Old tyres were Pirelli PZero.

Steering feel from Michelin is smoother at carpark speed.

Noise level is good since its new.

Road vibrations well dampened.

Good road holding in both wet and dry.

If you want it to last, rotate every 7k and Pump to at least 240-250kpa when cold
