Silly question about season parking

If your car park is not that popular, should be no issue. For my case, that car park is “control” so they can’t anyhow release new season parking ticket. They said that if I can’t renew online can email them and they will help me.  So maybe u can send an email to the branch office. 

I guess you still need to renew manually every month for the popular season parking you have right? So i think if you are already got the hdb season parking, even you skip one month dont buy, the record would still inside the system. Unless you continuously did not renew your season parking for few months, then should lapse and you cannot renew anymore.
