TPE Jam Again - 10/10/12

As per title, but Only towards SLE direction. Tailback as far back as Punggol exit.

 

Don't know what has happened again. Sian liao!

Should say Avoid SLE instead of just lane 3 cos normally is people slow down to see that's why got jam on all lane

With the construction of the new flyover the TPE always jams these days...

 

and the slip road from TPE to SLE doesn't have enough capacity which always causes a tailback - it needs to be widened to two lanes.

 

Then the concrete barriers between Jalan Kayu and the CTE exit people get scared and slow down....

Always see a lot of drivers using the road shoulder during massive jam.
